Ariane & Chris’ wedding is just around the corner this month, and I cannot wait to capture even more of their love and connection! As one of Richmond VA wedding photographers, moments like these remind me why I adore what I do—documenting love stories in the most breathtaking locations.
For their engagement session, they chose Lake Anna, Virginia, as the perfect setting for a romantic boat session. With golden hour lighting and the sun reflecting beautifully on the water, I knew we were in for some stunning, dreamy portraits. They were so natural together, making the entire session feel effortless and intimate.
After wrapping up their engagement photos, we sat down at a restaurant by the lake to chat about their wedding plans and bounce around ideas for their big day on June 29th. Of course, I had André with me—if you don’t know by now, he’s my husband and my favorite company for wedding-related talks (haha!).
Their engagement session was just a warm-up for their wedding day, which will feature another gorgeous sunset—this time at The Boathouse at Sunday Park in Richmond, Virginia. This venue is perfect for a waterfront wedding, and I already know their big day will be filled with love, laughter, and incredible moments.
