Smash the Cake session: why you should do it!

There is nothing like to see the kids growing up and experiencing all kinds of good stuff for the first time. It could be the first bath, the first smile, the first steps, first words and here we will talk about the first cake experience!

And when I say 'the cake' I mean smashing it, crushing it, devouring it, as Lucca did at his Cake Smash session. Guys, this is a beyond fun moment to live with your little ones. Here are a few reasons why you should hire your photographer and hop into this trend.

The first year is fulfilled with multiple different discoveries, sensations and the children are exploring the world in all the senses. They are learning about tasting, smelling, touching and there is no other time you will be able to get them all dirty destroying a cake like cavemen or cavewomen haha

Nowadays there are millions ways and forms to make a cake to achieve different needs and desires. Your baby's experience can be as you prefer as far as no sugar, lactose free, vegan, all natural, all in.

You can always choose theme, color, format - I've even seen a pineapple shaped version. It really depends on what you like! Also, it doesn't need to be even a real cake, it can be a smash the fruit! That all works because the real focus is in the whole experience your child is having not on what the kid is eating.

Even though you're not very fan of mess, you can't say the smash the cake session pictures aren't the cutest thing ever, because they are! Some kids get a little nervous with the cake texture, some kids don't like it at all, some get crazy in love with the but ALL of them are priceless. To see them exploring new sensations, making funny faces is just incredibly cute haha
